“非常好的一次住宿体验。预订时并没有注意，这家酒店在一个大学里面，是hope college的会议中心。因为是在学校里面，所以很安静。我们睡的很香。酒店在霍兰的中心，离风车公园和红灯塔都是10分钟左右的车程，很方便。在酒店附近逛街也不错。”

“Parking is easy and staff was great. Room and hotel are a little run down. Our room carpet had a run in it, walls by window had chipped drywall, tissue holder in bathroom came off the wall. Shower was fine with good water pressure and bed was comfy. Breakfast was fine”

“This B&B deserves more that 5 stars! I wanted to take my granddaughter on a 2-day adventure before she heads off to college this August. When we pulled into the inn's drive, we noticed how lovely the manicured grounds were with its gorgeous flowers beds and gardens. This inn is huge and very comfortable. Our room was a suite with 2 beds and we were delighted that it had a TV, which can be rare in B&B's. The hostess was very friendly and made delicious breakfasts. My granddaughter loved the 2……

“This is a great location, and they keep everything clean, the staff is super helpful. My reason to leave 4 stars is that my room, in one of the outside cabins was slanted, specially in the bathroom area, that was tricky after a while”

“The facilities are so run down and dirty. Our toilet in our room did not work properly. Had to get a plunger from the hotel management to plung toilet to get waste to go down. The ceiling in our room had all sorts of old water spots--yellow spots on the ceiling. Something has leaked from the second floor. We were in room #134. The facility has signs about a non-smoking premises. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, and I would say sewage also. I have never stayed in such a place. I tried to get a……

“The place was clean and breakfast fairly decent. We booked 2 queen sized beds. On check in we were given a queen bed and a couch with a pullout bed. I pointed out the discrepancy and the hotel staff blamed it on the app-saying that 3rd party companies simply searches for an empty room, not what is advertised. Neither the app nor the hotel would honor the agreed upon room, both blamed each other. I will no longer use apps but I also blame the hotel. If they know this is happening, they……

“The owners (and their adorable doggos) were amazing and our room was perfect!! Clean with plenty of room for our belongings!! The grounds were well kept and it was so quiet. Comfy beds with lots of pillows and a larger fridge in the room to use was so helpful. Loved everything about this place, we’ll definitely be back.”

“The elevator is broke and has been since last October. Had to drag my cooler from the beach amoung other thimgs, up 2 flights of stairs. The TV had two remotes and initially was a challenge to operate. The person who checked us in didn't mention the broken elevator and didn't give any times for the breakfast. Just handed me the key card, stated the room number...and that was it.”
