Pillows were a bit lumpy; the bed was comfortable; it was nice and quiet; the breakfast was marginal, so we only got coffee. Check out was easy and our gal at the desk yesterday afternoon was very nice.

The room was updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. We were only there for one night, so we did not use many of the amenities, but the price was affordable and the location is convenient for a trip to Holland. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend this AmericInn to others.

The gentleman that checked us in was awesome. Very pleasant and personable. Room was ok and felt really damp in there. Made our clothes in our luggage damp as well. Smelled musty and stale smoke. Probably won’t be staying here at this location again.

Where should I start we had two rooms and both bathroom doors did not close. The mirror light stayed on all night and lit the room. It could not be shut off. The show handles had to be fiddled with to shut them off. The real problem is charging an additional $100 for potential damage. And now having to wait 7 business days for it's return. I would never stay at another Wyndham managed hotel

This location is in the process of remodeling, so that was the only reason I didn't rate the appearance as excellent. The room was freshly remodeled. Very comfortable bed and plump pillows. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to many attractions and the wedding venue we were attending
