Zrinka ist bloß die Vermittlerin

Zrinka ist bloß die Vermittlerin. Bis auf die ersten Anweisungen hatte ich nichts mit ihr zu tun. Der Vermieter selbst, ist ein älterer herr, der ausreichend gut deutsch spricht und uns äußerst freundlich willkommen hieß. Die Wohnung selbst ist klein: 16qm2?, hat aber alles was wir für eine Woche Aufenthalt brauchten. Mehr allerdings auch nicht. Einziges manko war, dass es kaum internet empfang gab, weder über funk noch wlan. Im Garten, also vor der Wohnungstür gab es aber Empfang. Für uns war das okay. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die lage ist perfekt. Es sind vielleicht 30-40m bis zum Meer. Besser hätte es für uns nicht sein können. Wenn minimalistisches wohnen okay ist und strandnähe erwünscht: das ist die richtige wahl

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und der Garten groß und schön

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und der Garten groß und schön. Diese Unterkunft ist einfach und zweckmässig. Es gibt viele kleine nächtliche Besucher wie 1000 Füssler, Skorpione, Grillen und Schaben. Das liegt an der Kellerlage. Auch das WLAN geht nur im Garten. Das war für uns ok. Dafür ist es angenehm kühl. Die Duschkabine ist winzig. Wir hätten uns über eine Außendusche im Garten gefreut. Die gab es bei dieser Wohnung leider nicht. Es ist eine einfache Wohnung. Max 50 - 60 Euro wären angemessen. Die Unterkunft ist ok, aber der Preise viel zu hoch. Die Stühle schimmeln. Ohne den Luftentfeuchter, der seinen Job gut und laut macht, würde alles muffeln. Wir sind auch Camper und einiges gewohnt. Für über 100 Euro pro Nacht hatten wir mehr erwartet.

Passt schon

Die Wohnung liegt unter der Erde, laut Vermieter braucht man keine Klimaanlage, aber wir haben sie bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur doch vermisst. Das Bad ist winzig, vor allem die Dusche, die Betten sind Einzelbetten auf etwas unterschiedlicher Höhe. der Kühlschrank ist recht neu und ausreichend groß. Insgesamt ist das Inventar aber recht in die Jahre gekommen aber für eine Woche passt das schon. Zum Strand sind es ca. 100m, eine gutes Restaurant liegt quasi auf dem Weg. Der Strand, wenn an ihn so nennen will, ist im Wesentlichen eine betonierte Fläche, die Bademöglichkeiten sind aber sehr gut da es ein paar Treppen als Einstiege gibt und das Wasser klar ist.
