「I booked it because it looked close on the map to Osho international center. But it turned out to be a bit further in distance from Osho and the rate is relatively bit higher.」

「I paid up in full for Lofty Stay and on reaching their location I learnt that it has been closed and sealed by the bank. Hotels.com shud have verified this and removed this Service Apartment from their listing. I have no connect number of Hotels customer complaints. Hotels.com is obligated and is requested to refund my entire amount as I've trusted this site for many years and this episode was extremely distressing」

「There were very few shops in a dirty, busy streets, lots of constructions which made it impossible for pedestrians to walk. The hotel is unkept. Dirty, negligent from the housekeeper to clean the stairs and the place I had breakfast. The breakfast was disgusting and only 2-3 options of meals which were very spicy and salty, 」

「Overall the staff are well trained and exceeded expectation, especially front desk and restaurant Mr. Chethan.」

「The sink was dirty and towel very warn out. Staff did not respond promptly to housekeeping . On the plus side the breakfast was excellent and staff very welcoming. I wouldnt rate this a 5 star, based on cleanliness. Service could improve . Whatever staff we did meet did make us feel welcome.」
