"The staff was extremely helpful in all ways. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast buffet included a variety of items that would appeal to travelers from all over the world. The location was very close to all of the restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Hotel Qelqatani for those looking for a safe, clean, and very comfortable place to stay. If you want to see Lake Titicaca, stay at the Qelqatani in Puno!"

"The best part was how attentive and helpful the staff was. I had a foot sprain and they helped with crepe bandage, ice, medication. Getting their support was a quick phone call away. The view was exceptional. We had a very relaxing stay. We are loyal to the Sonesta chain as well."

"I’m a firm believer that if you advertise bathtubs, you need to have the availability to use the bathtub. I stayed in three rooms over three days, and not one of them had a stopper for the bathtub. I kind of feel like this is false advertisement. Other than that, location, staff, cleanliness, I really enjoyed staying here."

"Hacienda Puno is one block away from the Plaza de Armas, where there is a wide variety of great dining options. The rooms were clean, although there was a constant musty smell."

"Room a decent size. Things a little worn such as silicone around bath and stair carpets threadbare. Place could do with some updating. However breakfast is good as is location. I would stay again and recommend it."

"We had originally booked for one night but the place was so stunning that we stayed for two. It truly is beautiful and you can watch the sunset over the lake. The staff were also very good at accomodating our children for lunch and dinner as the can be fussy! Included is also a tour of the Islands and our guide answered so many of our questions. The only reason why I have not given 5 stars is because there was no hot water in our room. It would also have been nice at dinner to have been offered some drinks. We brought our own water from the room in the end"
