「Excellent in every way. Service and staff were helpful without being intrusive. The hotel itself was gorgeous l and a nice sleepy quiet escape from the bustle of tulum. Spa and gym were fantastic. The beachfront room and patio with a hammock were otherworldly. We will be back!」

「I had a great stay at Mía Tulum Beach Resort. The resort was very clean throughout, including the rooms and showers, and the staff did an excellent job keeping the beach clear of sargassum.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I also really enjoyed the smaller, cozy atmosphere of the resort—it felt relaxing without being boring, with plenty to do nearby.
Free self-parking was a big plus and made it easy to explore the area.

「We had a lovely visit! The staff were all extremely warm and friendly - we felt so well taken care of. The small touches were so welcome, and the relaxed nature of everyone there made our stay so relaxing. They gave us great recommendations for dining and local activities. We will return for sure!」
