「Very clean and staff was great. 」

「Nice small hotel about 1K from bus station. Also close to Mirador Cerro De La Cruz. Double room is small but nicely decorated with amenities in good order. Continental breakfast served is also good with fresh fruits.」

「Great place to stay. Great staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax.」

「Excellent as always」

「Great option for backpackers. Good included breakfast, hot hot shower and bed was great. The gentleman at the desk saved me by helping me figure out how to get a new tourist card at investigative police station. Highly recommend」

「The kitchen was stocked and they provided breakfast every morning, which was nice. The space was clean and it was nice to have separate bedrooms (4 people, 3 rooms). The location is walking distance from the bus-stop and was a great hub for staying in the area. Would recommend. 」

「The hotel is in a very old, charming, building with an interior that almost brings to mind colonial times. That said, it is showing some wear and tear and the old heating system was definitely keeping things toasty despite the cold weather. Staff was excellent and very friendly and most, but not all, could communicate in English. The breakfast is very mediocre with just toast, single-serving yoghurt, cereal, juice and coffee. There was also something that looked like scrambled eggs and it...

「The lobby, restaurant and guest room were very cozy. 」

「Clean room, great bar, breakfast solid. Nice central location.」

「Other than the security concerns below, overall this is a nice accommodation. Not too far from the city centre, great price, and a simple but decent breakfast. Room was comfortable. There were two issues however, that might make me try a new place next time. Although the quiet hours were after 11pm, there was significant noise in the common area until 12:30am and starting again at 7am when we were there. This may not be something the hostel can control though. More importantly, however, it seems...

「place was a bit of a dump. the woman is nice but the room is not. 」

「Hotel is in a great location, however the hotel is very tired and needs work. Staff could not be more amazing. Extremely helpful in all aspects. Breakfast is basic.」

「Debiera cambiarse la tina de baño por plato de ducha, para ofrecer al adulto mayor. Gracias」
