Très bien situé plage a 2min a pied très bon restaurant au pied de l'hôtel pizzeria correct en face les prix sont adaptés au portefeuille européen prix équivalent voire supérieur pour manger et sortir a paris. N'hésitez pas à négocier sur la plage et les environs.

Tanto el moreno como su hermanas son muy atentos y amigables. Ubicación excelente, calidad vs costo - insuperable. Todo muy limpio y bien atendido, cuando regrese a Punta Cana, ese será mi lugar. Gracias por todas sus atenciones.

Some type of compensation would be appreciated.

They did not have a room for us. They could not find our booking and we were forced to cab around spending extra money looking for an actual place to stay. This took an exorbitant amount of time and energy and ended up with us far outside of the district that we had planned on staying in. By the time we were checked in to a different hotel it was dark outside and we missed out on spending any time in the sun or on the beach. A company like this should be able to guarantee a safe and easy check in. This was anything but... highly doubt I would trust using this app again.

Good for a budget

Clerk that checked me was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and in a great location with a comfortable bed. Wifi did not work in the room and water in the shower wasn’t hot.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort um Nachts nicht mehr zu fahren. Auf den Bildern und anhand der Bewertungen dachten wir, dass Hotel sei in Ordnung. Aus der Dusche kam nur kaltes und übel riechendes Wasser. Wir teilten uns das Zimmer mit einer riesigen Kakerlake, um die Anschlüsse im Bad war alles offen. Alles war angerostet und irgendwie fühlte es sich komisch an. Der Eingang ist nur auf Nachfrage auffindbar gewesen. An der Rezeption hat man unsere Reservierung nicht gefunden. Als wir los fahren wollten wurden wir komplett zugeparkt und mussten lange rangieren im Zentimeterschritten um dort wieder raus zu kommen. Bei der Abreise wussten wir nicht wo wir den Schlüssel in tuen sollten, weil die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Am besten spricht man Spanisch mit Englisch kommt man nicht sehr weit. Auch am nächsten Morgen wurden wir von mehrere Kakerlaken auf dem Flur begrüßt. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

I did not actually have a chance to stay at the hotel. They told me they accept cash only and I told them I only have a credit card. By the way he said it I thought he was waiting for internet or a machine to work but apparently not. I was very unimpressed with the customer service aside from this issue. I will leave it at that.

Perfect place, everything what you need

Clean and affordable place to stay. Close to the beach, close to cheap Russian supermarket. Nice and cheap pizzeria just across the street. The hotel has kitchen and fridge
