While the rooms were excellent and well maintained, the concierge and front desk service was extremely poor. I requested an extra blanket three days in advance and only received it three days later, which is unacceptable.
During my stay, I was injured and advised by a doctor not to walk, yet the resort did not even have a wheelchair available. This lack of basic guest support is concerning, especially in a resort setting.
Additionally, the check-in process took over an hour and a half, which reflects very poor organization and guest handling.
My low rating is solely due to the concierge and front desk service. The rooms and cleaning staff were good, but the overall experience was significantly impacted by the lack of responsiveness, preparedness, and basic service standards.
