The staff was very rude and not helpful at all, only the guys driving the golf carts and the staff from the italian restaurant were attentive and polite The lobby is very crowded and there is a lot of noise and kids running and screaming like you are in a play ground. There are thousands of people in the property and only one buffet for dinner so there are long lines to get in(about 20 min waiting to get in) and once inside there are so many people talking at the same time you can’t even hear yourself thinking, every time I try to get food it was gone to many people for only one buffet, they only let you reserve for 2 restaurants in the whole week so my kids, husband and I went hungry for 5 days out of 7 at night. There were no towels at the pool after 10 am, the beach was really dirty. The rooms are nice but not clean properly, my pillows smelled like sweat. I have been to Punta Cana over 10 times and this is the worst experience ever. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff is fantastic. The resort was great. Would have apprecited if it were explained that some of the water parks were only available if we had upgraded. We would have upgraded had we known. We did not know before we went that there was a huge algie bloom in the ocean that causes the air to smell like rotten eggs. The beaches were not cleaned like some of the other resorts do. The beach was completly unusable and the pool near the ocean smelled horrible as a result.

The rooms were not clean, mold was in the bathrooms. The AC was not working. There were a lot of flies and mosquitoes in the dining room. Saw a cockroach in the dining room. Some of the staff were rude. The buildings need to be power washed and painted. The staff needs to be trained on customer service. No vendors should be on the beach trying to make a sale.

Unfortunately, this vacation did not live up to expectations. Check-in was completely disorganized It took nearly an hour just to get wristbands and room numbers, all while standing in a hot lobby with no fans or proper ventilation. While the rooms themselves were comfortable, housekeeping was inconsistent at best. Over our 7-day stay, our room was only cleaned 2-3 times. Towels were another issue, what we received were small floor towels, not standard bath towels. It took multiple calls (sometimes 3 or more) just to get proper towels or an extra blanket. Unfortunately, poolside bar service was inconsistent. At the central pool, the bartenders looked disengaged and unapproachable, making it uncomfortable to ask for service. Dinner reservations were limited to just 3 for our 7-night stay, which was very disappointing. The buffet itself had good food and hardworking chefs at the stations, but the table service was poor. Getting water was a chore we had to ask multiple servers several times before getting any. The Italian restaurant was the worst dining experience by far. We arrived at 7:53 PM for an 8 PM reservation and were told to wait the full 7 minutes, despite several empty tables. The evening entertainment in the lobby was consistently fun and engaging. The entertainment team truly worked hard and made our nights enjoyable with music, dancing, and positive energy. Between the poor service, long wait times, and uncomfortable dining experience, we will not be returning

All in all it was a nice resort. The pools and water park were really nice. Our rooms were clean and roomy and well kept. However there were some downsides. Check-in was disorganized and took entirely too much time. The resort had limited dining choices, so the buffets were always extremely full and many times had to wait in long lines to get in. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either, definitely not authentic, but I figured it is usually this way at all inclusive resorts. We were not able to eat at the a la carte restaurants because the reservations were always full. The beach has too much sargassum, so we did not go to the beach on the resort side. We did do one of the excursions to the ocean which was fun.

Very big complex with only two sites for breakfast & only one site for dinner (buffet style) so in result crowded, noisy, chaotic to move around to grab food or to walk with the food; not to mention the heat inside, not working AC . The floors are very very slippery all around the property. You can only make three reservations for a la cart restaurants. The only option for lunch is fast food on small sites by the beach. Be on the lookout for folks who will try to convince you to attend to a meeting for Privileged Club . You will only lose valuable time of your vacation and be very disappointed with what they will try to sell you. The staff in general are very nice, but you can read on their faces the frustration to work under pressure do to amount of people trying to eat. I will recommend you a different option.
