Everything about this place was excellent. The buffet offered surprisingly tasty food, and the staff was very attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The room was perfect and peaceful. Last but not least, Minerva and Mercedes from the spa were outstanding.

Room had nice view of pools and ocean. Pools were clean and grounds were very tropical and clean. The ocean was clear, clean soft sand beach, plenty of lounge chairs. Loved selection of restaurants and buffet always had good choices. Really enjoyed the nice staff and activities were plentiful for all age groups from kids to teens to adults. Had a lot of fun and enjoyed entertainment too. Room was average but clean. Would enjoy going again!

Hands down most confusing layout I’ve ever seen in a resort. The staff was way less than inviting. Every time we ate we were half way done before getting our drinks. Just not fun vibe you usually get at resorts. Rooms were just ok. Restaurants were very good. Buffet didn’t have enough selections. Was just okay. I’ve gone to less expensive resorts with more fun and way better service.

Great all inclusive!! The staff were amazing and they put so much effort into making sure guests were having a good time. This is a must stay if you have kids, larger group, want to have things to do all the time. If you want a quiet vacation maybe a different/smaller resort would suffice but that being said my gf and I left feeling rested and happy.

The grounds were impeccable. Most of the staff was pleasant, some not so much. I am from the United States, Chicago, very few people spoke or even understood English. That made it very difficult to communicate. at one point there was an area near your lobby that the grout was missing and I tripped and fell to the ground and scratched up my leg. I tried to tell the front desk, the problem, and no one understood me. I’m 66 years old so I hope you maybe look into that, it could’ve been worse for someone else. The room was fine, again language difficulties made it a problem to get information on your amenities. Your app was not working properly on my iPhone, so some of that did not upload and I missed some things to do. The Peruvian restaurant was my favorite, the food was fantastic, and the wait staff very pleasant. If it weren’t for the language, problem of not enough staff speaking English or even understanding English, and that includes your front desk, lobby people, I would love to come back. I came with my son, his wife and two-year-old grandson, who adored your baby pool, but he needed someplace to run around, and. Play. The children playground area was closed off. It would be nice if that we’re open for little ones to play on swing sets, etc. and not just always in the water or the sand. thank you for listening. Pamela Middaugh Donald.

Ocean view swim out room was spectacular. We had a better time in our room than around the rest of the resort. Beautiful resort. Service is very hot or miss. I would not go back because the of the food selection.

The biggest issue that made upset me was that I deliberately bought the VIP package so my kids can play at the lollipop arcade with a timed (1 hour) unlimited playtime. The staff said there was a disagreement between the hotel and the arcade and told us "to come back tomorrow" two days in a row. By the end of it, we ran out of time and never got to use the lollipop arcade. Everything else was good. (Food, Service, etc) They have a very nice ocean view on the beach. There was a small leak in bathroom sink that got on all the towels. Little things happen, but they fixed it right away - so no issue there.

They treated me like a princess in this Solo trip. I loved it and will come back for sure. I do recommend paying for the sun club so you can be away from kids if desired. Thank you ❤️ Maria, Julio, Santo, Maria- and everyone else who were around for anything I needed. Pizza parlor opens until 1am so you can avoid the crowd and have a quiet dinner with the workers who are always friendly. Loved this place.
