Our experience with Globalstay was unfortunately challenging due to communication issues. The follow-up was not timely, and the access instructions provided were not sufficiently clear or accurate, which made locating and entering the property unnecessarily complicated. Upon arrival, we experienced significant difficulty finding the correct unit, and additional assistance from on-site security was required to finally access the apartment. We believe that clearer directions, precise location details (such as a verified Google Maps pin and exterior photos), and more proactive communication would significantly improve the guest experience. While the unit itself met expectations, the check-in process and coordination require improvement to ensure a smoother arrival for future guests.

Do not recommend unless you have a car for the duration of your stay. Code needed for every uber driver and host took in one instance over an hour to respond with a code.

Be AWARE THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. Theres no reception as they told me. When i contacted them about it the try to wave importance and didnt gave me a solution. The apartment its half an hour walk from the main entrance, if you book a tour or a taxi or uber eats they wont let them drive up to your apartment, means find your way to get there or walk for 30 min in the Caribbean heat. They did not inform me i had to pay for electricity, they inform me about this after i made and paid for the booking. When i arrive it was a night mare, security help me cause the place its really dark no reception or bars, ( theres a bar 25 min walk from the apartment, which is the picture tbey show) Support were very useless the first night when i told them i needed my uber to get in, they said they needed a pass which they couldnt provide to please walk 30 minutes in the night or day to get my orders... they dont inform you theres a mini market inside which they will deliver ( im spanish so i could manage) I dont recommend this unless you rent a car, or travelling by yourself. They will sell it like a hotel and is not nothing to do with it. Very disappointed, the apartment was great way to big in fact just for myself. However how they sell this property, the support and everything else was unacceptable.
