We ordered an ocean view and could not see the ocean from our room. The WiFi was unusable from our room and our bedding was damp. We had to run the water for 30 mins to get hot water. The hotel layout is weird, we had to walk 20 mins to get to some of the restaurants. We stayed for 4 nights and couldn’t get any reservations for the first two nights, so we barely got to try any of the a la carte restaurants. The ones we did try, the food was mediocre. Service was a hit or miss, we had to wait 40 mins to place our order for one of the restaurants. The beach was filled with boats so the view wasn’t very scenic. The pools were nice though.

My stay at this resort was excellent. They just need to touch up on some things. I purchased a swim up room. The room was clean, but also there was a touch of mold or mildew in the air that could’ve been due to the moisture. nevertheless, my room was clean and was cleaned daily also the pool was clean. They just need to maintain the Garden area a little better and the surrounding plants around the pool. Also, they need a better method for cleaning the hallways and staircases, I’ve witnessed the cleaning staff pour buckets of water on the floor, leaving it, soaking wet and slippery, and as for the staircase. Water was pouring from it as if there was a leak coming from someone’s room. Most of our rooms have doors that were waterlogged. My sisters room can barely open the door due to the water damage. Also, my bedroom door has small water damage as well. As for the staff, whether it’s from the cook, the servers , cleaning staff or Gardner. Everyone is polite and welcoming, and you’re always greeted with a hello/ good evening. Good evening. A SPECIAL THANK YOU to Samuel we met at the buffet I believe is one of the managers,, he booked my family and I to the Stake and lobster dinner at the wine and cellar. And a special thank you to the host, Feliz. at the wine and Cellar. His name compliments his personality and presence! He was professional, welcoming , attentive and accommodating! The Tomahawk steaks and lobsters were a waste of money. Needs improvement. Buffets=✅✅✅✅

Area de piscina principal no tiene barra accesible por lo q tuve que entrar y salir varias veces para buscar lo que estaba tomando, las chicas que brindaban servicios de bebidas eran pocas NECESITAN UNA BARRA CON URGENCIA EN EL ÁREA DE LA PISCINA ademas del olor a humedad en la habitación y en casi todo el hotel, area de teatro y discoteca demasiado lejos de las habitaciones y localidades principales. Los bartender de la barras del area de las piscinas con actitudes y comentarios negativas, como molestos, poca animacion ... en fin un hotel ABURRIDO.

Overall, the experience was quite positive. The pool was enjoyable, and the service was exceptional. However, upon entering my room, I detected a persistent mildew odor. I promptly brought this to their attention due to my medical condition, but I soon realized that this was a common issue at the establishment. Mother Nature affected the beach with Sargasso. However, there are plenty of chairs with shade at the beach to still enjoy the weather.

Lo cierto es que el hotel y el personal del hotel son excelentes. Sin embargo, segun nuestra experiencia, el servicio de atencion médica es una verguenza. No corresponde con la calidad del hotel y por respeto a lo que pasamos no puedo darle esta vez 5 estrellas a la atención en general. El personal del hotel es de los buenos! Servicios de habitación, restaurante, bares, limpieza y todos son excelentes pero deben contratar profesionales para atender situaciones médicas aún cuando sean servicios extras. Mi esposo se sintio muy mal desde las 3am el día jueves 4 de septiembre del 2025. Tenía algo en el estómago, le dolía el brazo izquierdo y tenía sensación de fatiga. Eso lo despertó a esa hora. Nosotros esperamos a las 5:30am y decidimos ir a buscar un doctor. En lo que llegamos a la clínica donde afuera decía “24 horas”eran las 5:58am y la mujer que nos abrió la puerta nos dijo que no eran horas de ir, yo le comenté que él se sentía realmente mal y nos dijo de muy mala manera que eso no estaba incluido y sinceramente entendí que mi esposo decidiera no medirse la presión arterial que era lo único que él pidió en ese momento. Es muy triste que un hotel tan bueno no tenga médicos o profesionales que estén a la altura, entiendo que sea un técnico de salud pero no creo que sea un médico quien nos abrió la puerta. No es la primera vez que vamos a ese hotel pero es una verguenza el servicio médico.

Staff super rude to non Spanish speakers. Seemed to really not like Americans. The waterpark area bar disgusting, trash and cups every where, same for the big pool. They really don’t wash down the tiles in pool area so if someone dropped a pina colada the day before the cherry will still be there the next day. Total disappointment.

Staff were very friendly, the environment is great and clean. There is always something to do. The infinity pool was spectacular and so lively. Would highly recommend and definitely come back.

Place need somethings fit up in the rooms . Need a few more people to speak english . Check in took me 2 hours do to person not understanding english. Food is ok same thing most nights. I paid for food worst food in my life i never knew anyone can mess up lobster . She pics of food to staff all they say is sorry . Was not to happy with this place .

The property was great but there should be a lottle more mindful of the animals around. There was to many cats all over just walking around in the food pool area, you don't pay to see or smell cat urine while your sun bathing or eating i was laying on thr beach and i woke up to a cat licking my juice i left on thr table jext to me it was in a closed bottle but that wasn't a good image to wake up to. I will not be going back there again and the food was horrible there need to cook a better variety and not tje same food.
