I had a great stay at Punta Cana Princess Adults Only. The hotel is very nice, well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. My room was clean and comfortable, which made it easy to fully enjoy the trip. The food and drinks were good with plenty of options, and the staff was welcoming and professional throughout my stay. One thing to note is that the resort feels more suited for a senior or laid-back crowd. If you’re younger and looking for more energy or a party vibe, the sister hotel nearby would probably be a better fit. Overall, it was a lovely experience and a great choice for anyone wanting a peaceful all-inclusive getaway.

The resort is in a beautiful area. The beach is pretty nice. Rooms are clean but very old with a lot of problems : leaking AC, flooding toilets, malfunctioning keys, etc. Overall I would give it three stars.

I recently traveled to this hotel over this past weekend for my birthday and I would say that the posting for this versus the reality of what the hotel looks like it's very deceiving the rooms look nothing like what's posted online. I'm not sure. How did they get four stars? I would easily rate this a three star hotel. The rooms are outdated very dusty dirty. The bed was exceptionally hard. The Jacuzzi that came in a deluxe suite did not work overall the staff was actually really really great. Five star stars by far the Customer Service is exceptional. The property and the rooms are very very outdated. It gives about a 2005 2010 feel.
