The first thing dusted out to me when I got there is the way the place look it was beautiful the view. The atmosphere was amazing. Service was great. The workers were great. The room was great. Everything about this hotel was amazing. I could truly stay. I had an awesome time the bartenders food servers director place was amazing. I would highly recommend. I would definitely go again. It was clean. It was beautiful. It was definitely something out out of a book.

The room was clean and food was good. Electrical sockets didn't work, mini bar was never refilled as promised and all TV entertainment was in Spanish only. Nice entertainment and friendly staff.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, the food was excellent, the pools were spotless, the beach was beautiful, and the gardens were well cared for. Unfortunately, the room did not meet the same standard. It showed signs of poor maintenance, had a damp odor, visible mold in the shower corners, a loose toilet seat, and a leaking sink that required placing a towel on the floor. Aside from the room maintenance issues, everything else was excellent.

Staff are terrible. Little to no service. The “Restaurants” are just glorified private buffets, and often the same sushi was in the main buffet. Beach is amazing, pools are great, family rooms are large and comfortable.

Swim up bar was fun....food alot to be desired..if you are looking for a party this is your place If you are looking for rest and relaxation and cleanliness around food...go to different hotel. Our room was nice with ocean view but would have preferred 2nd floor.

The swim up bar was amazing. Food wasn't good to me at all.Entertainment could have been more diverse. Should have been a mixture of all cultures far as music .Staff was very nice. Rooms needs a make over. I had no hot water throughout my hold visit. That was disappointing. Need elevator,my room was on 3rd floor.
