Great stay!

We had a great time! The housekeepers and breakfast service was incredible! Concierge was great as well! We rent golf carts and loved how clues it was to the four seasons property! Highly recommend

Wonderful Family Vacation

A wonderful spot for a large group...all the resort amenities with the comforts of home. We enjoyed everything from waking up to the home cooked breakfasts to riding around the Punta Mita grounds in our rented golf carts to watching the sunsets from the villa pool. The villa concierge helped coordinate all of the details, and we had a magical vacation.

Amazing family stay for 18

Fabulous. wonderful house staff. I gave the "accuracy" of the listing low points because I had erroneously assumed we could hire a chef. What I didn't realize is that you are locked in to the Four Seasons staff rate. You are only allowed to use their approved staff. The first quote I received for their dinner rate was $2000.00. I was able to negotiate a more reasonable price but it was still twice as much as what I could have paid with bringing in my own cook.

Almost perfect

We had an amazing time at the FS Punta Mita. The resort and service were flawless. Two important things. Villa Gemini is TWO separate villas. They do NOT share any common space except for a tiny strip of “backyard.” Second, we had a persistent smell of sewage in two bedrooms. We were told that this smell was investigated and actions were taken to remedy. This was not helpful. The smell remained for the duration of the stay. For the price and the impeccable state of the rest of the resort, this was not what we expected.

Family fall break trip

One of our favorite family vacations. We stayed in the 2 adjoining villas with four families. Everything was amazing. The turtle release on the beach, private chef dinners, fishing, surfing. The pool and beach were stunning. We cant wait to come back. The villas were wonderful with the very close proximity to the four seasons hotel and all the resort amenities. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Highly recommend - host and concierge were great

Our extended family of 22 spent a week at the two houses and they were fantastic. The breakfast crew and the concierge were magnificent and made the experience easy and fun. The family room and kitchen area is very large so gathering as a group was easy and the rooms are big and comfortable. It’s not cheap but well worth it especially as it’s in the Four Season’s property.

Unforgettable vacation

Fabulous stay, all was amazing, we traveled with a family of 10 and had one of the best and peaceful vacations ever. Easy access to the beach, delicious breakfast, exquisite weather, fantastic concierge and staff service, beautiful and comfortable house with world-class amenities, large heated pool and Jacuzzi. We spent most of our time at the beach clubs and tennis club, played golf and had a family celebration with private dinner at home. We can’t wait to come back

A memorable stay

The property is beautifully designed and has many common areas to enjoy, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis and a beautiful yard. We stayed at this Four Seasons property for a family wedding at the resort and these two adjacent homes were the perfect location for our group of 21, in close proximity to all of the hotel facilities. Food at the property and at the hotel was delicious, service and staff were beyond expectations and Four Seasons excellence at all times. Our host and concierge was very helpful and efficient, we are looking forward to staying at this property again, possibly many more times. Highly recommended
