Welcome to Burnt Store Marina! We are a gated community in Southwest coastal Florida (https://bsm22.org). Our 1bd/1ba waterfront 2nd fl unit has been recently refurbished. Take the elevator with your luggage. Sit on your private balcony and watch boats as they enter the south basin to dock for lunch.
You are just a few steps from Cass Cay restaurant where they offer inside and outside dinning, and from The Trading Post, perfect for breakfast, lunch and take out pizzas and salads.
There is also a farmer's market on the parking lot every Friday morning.
If you are headed out on a boat or renting a kayak, the ship store is just across the parking lot. For up to date information about Burnt Store Marina check out the activities calendar or the Beacon Newsletter (https://bsm22.org/ the-beacon/). Golf, fitness center, pickleball and tennis are available in Burnt Store Marina.
For those looking for some serious fishing, Boca Grande is only 20 mins due west of us by boat and is home to the best tarpon & flats fishing in Florida. More pictures coming.

The place was well stocked and very clean. The description was very accurate. I loved how centrally located it was and steps away from Cass Cay and the trading post. Spectacular view of the marina. Enjoyed sitting on the Lani as well.

Boater’s Paradise!
We had a phenomenal stay here in this condo with an absolutely wonderful view of the marina. After the smooth booking process, communication with our hosts was efficient and informative. The unit was spotless and provided all the equipment needed for our 4 night stay. We are Freedom Boat Club members and the dock was not even 100 feet away. The staff went above & beyond to ensure we had reservations. The restaurant with live music is steps away and the marina shop store had any last minute needs. The best part of our time was waking up to views of the boats, and coffee following on the lanai. We LOVED our time here at the condo and can’t wait to return!

Great spot in marina!
This was a great spot in the marina. The enclosed veranda was my favorite spot. It was fun having a front row seat to the different boats coming in, but it wasn't busy. It was also really nice being right next to the restaurant. We could enjoy the live music from the veranda. A nice surprise was the walking path around the marina. It was a beautiful walk. We look forward to coming back again.
