Fully furnished 2 bedroom (and Florida/bonus room)
2 bath, home with a massive side porch area. Just a 10-12 minute ride with your sail or powerboat to Charlotte Harbor. The home enjoys canal views of 100 feet on the water, an open-style floor plan, warm colors, and a nice combination of flooring. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the essential kitchen appliances, including an air fryer, and a toaster oven there is also an outdoor grill, The dock is finished with new framing and new decking. The 10K lb. lift works perfectly. This is on a great lot in a lovely neighborhood. Keep your boat or motorhome on the oversized, concrete driveway. Start enjoying your boating & fishing adventures today!

Peace of heaven

Everything and more. Hosts were very wonderful. Home has everything you need and more. Loved mornings fishing off the dock and cocktails in the afternoon on the patio. Close to everything we needed. We will be back

I would recommend that the owner have some sort of a lock box for the keys. It’s hard for older people to locate the keys. Especially at 5:30 in the morning. I would also recommend another television or 2. It would have been nice after a long day to watch television in bed. There was a lot of supplies which was nice but missing was a sauce pan and a crockpot.
