「Our over the water bungalow was so clean, scenic and comfortable. The staff are amazing. Everyone was smiling, accommodating and wonderful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Very serene and calming, and just it couldn't ask for anything more. The grounds are impeccable and beautiful in a natural setting. This place is so natural and serene. I would come back again and again and again, and I will」

「Todo muy bien. Se respira paz」

「Loved staying here. It’s middle of the jungle! Staff is amazing! Make huge difference! I think they need to do more activities, haber more options to eat as it’s in a island and to get more options you need to go to town. and improve WiFi connection.」

「My stay at the Lodge at Punta Rica was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing vacations I have ever had. Nestled on a hilltop on Bastimentos Island and overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the lodge was a peaceful haven of tranquility, beauty, and relaxation—exactly what I needed after a hectic and stressful season of life. The hotel staff met me at the airport and transported me by boat to Bastimentos Island, a short 20-minute ride from Bocas del Toro Isla Colón. Brian and Dan, the owners of the...

「A Magical Rainforest Escape – Highly Recommended! We absolutely loved our stay at Ataraxia eco lodge! The property is run by a very nice couple who make you feel incredibly welcome from the moment you arrive. It is beautifully located right in the rainforest, allowing you to completely immerse yourself in nature. During our stay, we loved watching monkeys playing, spotting sloths, and seeing a variety of beautiful tropical birds right from the property. The food was another major highlight. The...

「A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. They also coordinate tours and other activities on the beaches and surrounding islands. Also I recommend this wonderful place for a Pilates retreat - Yoga - Family reunion promotion, etc.」

「This property is run down. It need a major facelift.」

「My husband and I recently stayed at Aqui Hoy for 4 nights and while it was a bit isolated, it was a relaxing and peaceful location. We had the place to ourselves, so that was lovely, but I do think that having neighbours in the adjoining cabin would have impacted on our privacy, had there been someone in the room beside us. Katy and Marcel were welcoming and friendly. It was an added bonus to have a restaurant on site. The food was wholesome and reasonably priced. As were the local beer...

「We stayed for four nights in the jungle lodge with ocean view. The lodge and view were excellent. The lodge is rustic but comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, clean bedrooms and bathroom. We got a kick out of the outdoor showers! The staff were helpful and attentive, however, the primary way of communicating is via WhatsApp and the responsiveness and clarity could use improvement. The pool, beach and zipline are all worthwhile experiences. The hotel staff will help you reserve...

「We really enjoyed our stay; I think it's one of the best hotels in Bocas del Toro. Why? It's just a 10-minute walk from the airport. It is 100% clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The air-conditioning in the room works perfectly well. Boats to go to other islands/trip are next to the hotel and some can pick/drop you up at the back of the hotel. Nice restaurant, comfort and views. Then, across the street, there is a very cheap restaurant to have breakfast or something cheaper to eat. Shops nearby...

「It was an amazing stay from start to finish! What an incredible boutique hotel AND eco travel experience. Highly recommend!」

「Muy buena ubicación, tiene una serie de actividades para los que viajamos solos, mi estadia fue la mejor, sin duda volveria.」

「The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly...

「Great room overlooking the water with a nice comfortable covered balcony. Right in the middle of many bars restaurants and shopping. All of the staff were super friendly!」
