The space
The apartment has a small reception and 3 large bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. There is a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. A very comfortable room with an 80-inch screen, a 10-seat dining room. The balcony also has a living room and a dining room to have lunch or dinner in the open area and has a gas grill. The apartment has a laundry room and a small service room with its own bathroom

It is necessary to take the elevator and go up to the 3rd floor and enter the electronic badge code that we will send you on the day of your arrival.

Upon arrival you need to pay a Cash Guarantee Deposit corresponding to 20% of the payment for your stay.
Deposit that is returned in full 24 hours after your departure, this is deposited to the bank account that you provide us, if everything is delivered in order, so it is important upon departure to do the counting and/or review of targets with our service of Housekeeper
