“We all enjoyed the property. It was a ways away from most activities but was quiet and we fit perfectly. The family all travel extensively and use B and B's and other means.. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend it.”

“This house was perfect for our blended group of adults and kids. The first morning I took my nephews snorkeling we saw sea turtles and they were so excited and a couple days later my niece found a stingray. Watching the sunsets every night while drinking a beer taking a heated outdoor shower was amazing! The kitchen was a great size for our big group for meals. The back covered patio was where we spent a lot of our family time relaxing and hanging out.”

“Comfortable studio apartment above the main residence is located in a typical, residential neighborhood about a fifteen minute walk to the beach. There are no amenities within walking distance. The adorable little town of Haleiwa is a fifteen minute drive and is full of tourist amenities. The four large dogs on the property do bark during the nights and early morning hours but not continuously. The “orchard” is a dozen trees that do bear some fruit despite being neglected. “The house is perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The semi private beach is incredible. we enjoyed it a lot. The beach towels are great, but the rest of the linens could be improved. We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. The property manager Istiban and the maintenance man, Sam are great. Great communication and helpful. If you stay here……

“The best part of our stay was that the location was close to everything that we had planned to do. There was a hiccup with check in as they had changed the codes on the doors and didn't let us know about it a head of time. We didn't have to wait long and we were able to get the correct codes. We loved our stay at this property.”

“My husband and two teens stayed here for Spring Break and we had a great time. The location is wonderful, beautiful beach out front, bike path, walking distance to snorkeling at Sharks cove and market, short walk or drive to nearby surf spots. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay and owners onsite and very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!”

“Home was perfect. their was a chicken farm/Dog farm and the roosters let the presence be known at 4am. haha. this is to be expected on the north shore, but this was much more than usual. the feild adjacent to home was nice. the local host was incredable helpful.”

“The website on this property is accurate. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly. The dials on the stove are worn off. None……

“It’s a great place to stay with a group who likes to cook and watch surfing. The property manager was very helpful and there when we needed her. If you are looking for the lap of luxury, hit a resort. If you are looking for a super fun place to spend some time, this is it!”

“This rental was just ok. It was very close to the beach but had absolutely no views. The rental was cheaply furnished. We didn't spend a lot of time there, really just slept there. A/C worked fine in the bedroom but the living area was warm. The shower was good with plenty of pressure and hot water. It had a washer and dryer which allowed us to wash clothes. It worked for us as a fairly inexpensive place to sleep and bathe just a very short walk (maybe 150 feet) from the beach.”
