「This is our 2nd stay at the "Cape Cod". The house is quiet, clean, and modern. Heather is very responsive. The Middletown location provided us with convenient access for our outings to Gettysburg, Emmitsburg, MD and Frederick.」

「We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful and beautiful view of the water that you can walk down to. Friendly neighbors. We did not use the kitchen. There is everything you'd need if you want to cook. Also a grill available outside. As others stated, very clean. Owners were super friendly and easy to communicate with. Thoughtful owners also had extras in case you forget something or two or three :-) Lots to do in the adjacent areas within a short drive....

「Little Oatlands was home for 9 of us for a flower filled week in May. We assembled from KC, BC, CA and VA to attend my daughter’s wedding overlooking the Potomac at Murray Hill. The property and approach to Little Oatlands takes your breath away! Flowering Dogwoods line the drive blending with the white fence and homes in the distance. Each of us walked down the lane to read the plaques and the history of the preserved property. Certainly a history lesson and it would be wonderful to know...

Even though it rained on the main day we were there we were still able to hang out in the hot tub and around the bar, because they were covered, and enjoy meals together in the beautiful and well stocked kitchen and dining room. Despite being 11 adults in the house we didn’t feel at all cramped. There was a small issue in the morning while we were there, but...

「This house is amazing as is the property. We were very comfortable here. Very peaceful. My only issue was the $$$ cleaning fee. The pots had to be washed due to cob webs. We had to strip the beds and pile the towels, take all the garbage out to the cans and load the dishwasher. What exactly does the $ fee cover?」
