“The apartment was quite spacious which was great after all the pokey hotels we have stayed in. We could not get the airconditioning working, and thought the bed was a bit hard for us, but other than that, we were very happy with the facilities and cleanliness offered. ”

“Staff very helpful and pleasant. Due to heatwave a second fan was given within 30mins of request. Had issue with shower, they were very quick to respond after hours. Enjoyed stay at apartment.”

“Good location. Room condition was clean and functional. Quick communication through WhatsApp. Convenient to make easy meals and do laundry. We could change towels upon request. Put out used towels outside of the door and they would put new ones in the room. Trash is also put outside of the room for pick up at designated time. We had an 8-day stay and on day 5 a full cleaning was performed. Only two items we would comment - the dinning table is head heavy which made it easy to flip. ……

“Little noisy being so close to Farringdon station, but apart from that it’s a great location, lots of pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants close by. Rooms were great, well maintained, clean and spacious. Only one tube stop from kings Cross makes it easy to get to. Had a slight issue getting my access codes but was sorted extremely efficiently by calling the helpline. ”

“My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. ”

“We thought the location was fabulous! Tons of amenities close at hand, access to the underground and really central to go to many attractions. We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed. ”

“An absolutely perfect location - tubes, buses and plenty of shops nearby. And the highlight of the location is beautiful Russell Square just a few minutes away. The room was compact but spotlessly clean and most of all, felt very safe. The staff responsiveness was excellent - I had issues with the air-conditioning and locked myself out of the safe. The staff were very helpful in resolving both issues promptly. I'll definitely be back!”
