“We are a family of 5 ranging in ages 14 to 49. We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin is well off the highway with ample privacy. The creek is a little tricky to get down to so an older person with mobility issues would find this difficult. The creek was up on our first day but was still accessible and we were able to put chairs in and sit. “I was in Hattiesburg for my two children’s graduation from USM. The house was termite infested. The floor was falling in due to the termites. The backyard was very grown over filled with bugs. The garage door would not open. The house had a terrible smell. I could go on and on. The big disappointment was THE PROPERTY HOST. I was called a liar and constantly harassed by property host and the neighbor Van Lewis! Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING THIS HOUSE!”
