「Disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The carpets in the bedrooms were stained in many places and did not seem like they had been vacuumed recently. The bathtub was dirty with many dark hairs and mildewy shower curtain. We booked the house for 3 adults and 3 children and were only provided with 4 bath towels. Could only find one spoon in the drawer in the kitchen. Found the rest of the cutlery upon checkout, still dirty in the dishwasher from previous guests. There are tenants renting...

「We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer.
We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful.
Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through.」

「Everything is fine except that the receptionist on ground floor was away for a long time. He left a contact number to call, but I thought he'd be back soon so decided to wait at the lobby for half an hour. Still no show.」
