「Disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The carpets in the bedrooms were stained in many places and did not seem like they had been vacuumed recently. The bathtub was dirty with many dark hairs and mildewy shower curtain. We booked the house for 3 adults and 3 children and were only provided with 4 bath towels. Could only find one spoon in the drawer in the kitchen. Found the rest of the cutlery upon checkout, still dirty in the dishwasher from previous guests. There are tenants renting...

「This basement unit was very clean, bright, and newly updated. It was well equipped and in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. We appreciated the safety features of motion sensor lights at night, anti slip treads on the back steps and the covered entry way/steps. The host was excellent at responding to my questions and very nice to deal with! We would definitely go back to stay again!」
