「Metal strip going into the bathroom was not nailed down and very hazardous. The shelf in the bathroom fell down upon touching it. and the blow dryer was burnt out. The location is nice and front desk friendly. If you're ok with really budget accommodations, then it's fine.」

「Checked in, and room had multiple dead bugs on and under the covers. Asked for a different room. Second room was better, but smelled of mildew. We did not swim in the pool, but it did look fairly green. I personally would not stay at this hotel again.」

Staff not knowledgeable or aware of amenities mentioned in description. Example, staff asked for linen for the sofa bed, stated no sofa beds in room. Had to inform them my room has a sofa bed. Finally gave me extra linen. No table in room as described. The one chair in the room looked like from someone’s office desk. Bathroom light very dim. Room on first...

「The hotel was great, the amenities were amazing and there was always something going on for the kids. The water park was great, very clean and had lots for different ages. Only complaint is that the beds and pillows aren't the best. But the pros outweigh the cons.」
