"Excellent friendly staff at all times, lovely classic breakfast, nice room and close to beautiful parks (our dog loved them!). Will use them again for sure. Not sure if they inputted my best western loyalty card number however??"

"The host largely ignored our texts and requests. He never came to fix the things that he said would be sorted. The house was generally in a poor state of neglect, fridge door didn't close, kitchen kick board falling off, cooker inadequate for large group. The dishwasher stopped closing at one point ..."
