“First, we arrived to the property and none of the codes worked. There was used teeth flossers laying on the outdoor table which was a little gross-but no biggie we could throw them away. The lake was totally drained so nothing but a mud pit which we were not informed of. Next-we thought to check out the game room! Stepping out of the game room, the stair was not secure causing it to flip over while holding my 8 month old son. Yikes. All of the tables are SO unstable, literally felt like they……

“Awesome property! Recently updated. Pretty much had anything you needed in kitchen with exception of mixer. Comfortable spaces. Would bring baby gate for stairs which were also a little steep to be aware of with kids. Host was very responsive to minor issue with door. Ritz had great activities for families with tree lighting, Santa, ice skating, and nice playground. Would recommend this place for either family with kids or adult friends. ”

“The kitchen has pretty much all you need. Love that it is a big open space with the kitchen. That is good so i don't miss anything while I'm cooking. The bedrooms are all nice. We love the movie room. The porches are all great!!! ”
