"Floors were sticky, mirrors were smudged, the shower was missing a liner and leaked onto floor, missing curtain in sleeping area that faced 24 hour very brightly lit parking lot. Nice water pressure for showers and waffle maker was good. Juice seemed watered down and eggs not fresh. "

"Extended stay with family. 4 nights. Great location to visit parks and see various waterfalls around the Cookeville area. The room was humid and needed some air circulation when we got there. Shower had nice heat, but could use more pressure. No bath tub. Shampoo/conditioner low upon arrival. Breakfast was good 1 morning, exceptional 2 mornings, and fell completely short 1 morning. The morning it fell short the oatmeal was just liquid/soupy. I couldn’t eat it. And there were more limited options/missing items. I left that morning hungry. We got up and had breakfast the same time every day. Pool area isn’t bad, pool isn’t large. Seems clean and well kept. Towels were always available when we went down. While we were there we had an incident where we had to evacuate the building and the fire department was called. Thankfully it was just a microwave mishap. It was a very smokey mishap that filled our entire floor. I asked for another room as we were very close to the room where the incident occurred. I was told they didn’t have any other rooms our size. So we got stuck with the stink/smoke for the night. It was fine, just a bummer. Our neighbors were really loud the last night we were there. Friday night so it may have had to do with that. When house keeping came to our room they did a fantastic job! So appreciated! And the front desk people during the day were fantastic! "

"There was basically no breakfast, coffee machine was broken, & there was only water, granola bars, and apple sauce. We had a roach sleeping w/ us. The AC turned off in the middle of the night. Overall really bad "

"We were hoping the pool would be open. Breakfast was minimal. But it was very clean, and directly across the parking lot was a nice Mexican restaurant."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and informative. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean but the blanket on the bed had holes in it, the blackout drapes were worn and you could see daylight through them. The manager was stingy with towels, you could only have an exact amount according to how many were in the room. We wanted an extra washcloth to dry things on but they wouldn’t let us have an extra. "

"We did not stay in the room. It was supposed to be non-smoking but when we got there, the smoke out would knock you down. Since my wife is highly allergic, we left and went down the road to another hotel. They would not give us a refund, even though they did not deliver what they had said they would. The parking lot was full of potholes. We arrived at 8 o’clock, and no one was in the office. It was locked and no one entered the phone or the bell. The desk clerk was down at the end of the hotel in another room with someone. Very poor service. Worst hotel experience ever!"
