This hotel. The price was amazing. The Hotel came with toothbrushes razors. We were connected to Netflix and it also had blackout curtains and a heated bed was in a great location. Would return to this hotel.

Convenient to the Air Base and Songtan. Very nice rooms, comfortable with beds, clean bathrooms, and good water pressure. Variety of restaurants and shopping nearby, including 7-11 a few minutes away. I've stayed here before and each time has been a pleasant experience.

This is my second visit to the Urban Hotel within a month. This hotel is definitely worth the money paid. Hospitable, friendly staff. A huge amenity is the washers/dryer on the 7th floor near the roof. Plenty of water bottles in the room and on each floor. Microwave on every floor near the elevator. Sodas and noodles provided in the fridge upon checking in, along with a nice bathroom amenity kit. It's a 5-minute walk to the Songtan Entertainment District, so it's convenient to everything there and the main gate of Osan Air Base. I will definitely stay here every visit to Songtan.

5-Star Experience I had an amazing stay here! The hotel is perfectly located just outside Osan Gate, surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants. Despite arriving late and hearing all the excitement outside, the room was a peaceful retreat—once the window was closed, it was completely dark and quiet. Upon check-in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, giving me a quick tour and showing me how to use the air conditioning and TV. They also pointed out the complimentary snacks and beverages, which was a lovely touch. I was even provided with a well-stocked bathroom kit, filled with creams and accessories that exceeded my expectations. The room had all the extras: a hairdryer, hair straightener, hairspray, comfortable lounge clothes, slippers, and more. The quality of the amenities for the price was unbelievable. I’ll definitely be staying here again and again!

Dont let the outside of the hotel discourage you from staying here. Rooms are clean and new. Very comfortable for two people. Checkin was quick and easy. Our floor had a self serve water bottle and ice station. Been working in Songtan for 5 months and have stayed in various hotels around the area. Have to say this was the best one. Did not smell like cigarette smoke in the hallway or rooms which was very much appreciated and refreshing. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable and appliances were new. Had chargers with different phone ports already plugged into the wall. Very convenient. TV was a good size and had Netflix. Hotel is near many food options and stores. Check out was 1pm. Overall, it was the best hotel in the area.

The overall condition was not great. The hallway carpet was old/dirty. There was cigarette smells in the air from nearby rooms. Room cleaning is only done every two days if requested. Not great for a stay longer than a few days.
