“I recently stayed at Al Bustan palace , and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. “We had a great time at this hotel! They have thought of everything! The checking to the turndown service and little gifts to the little snacks at the pool throughout the day such as ice cream and lemonade. Everything is so close the pool and beach were amazing and probably the best sea I've swam in! The dining options were limited and we would have preferred more options on the menu! It's also pretty pricey but luxury! Checkout was perfect and Sumnina was great! All the other staff were also……

“Hotel incrível! Tivemos um problema com nosso voo e chegamos muito mais cedo do que o esperado. Falamos com o Harold Tom, que conseguiu um checkin antecipado para nós e nos ajudou muito. Toda a equipe do hotel foi super atenciosa, ficamos muito gratos! O hotel tem uma localização ótima - próximo a mercados, restaurantes e fast foods, e ao ponto de ônibus que leva direto para o centro. Ao lado do nosso quarto tinha uma cozinha que podíamos usar, foi muito prático. Ficamos encantados com o hotel!”

“Great hotel, very comfortable, friendly staff, and a very good breakfast. It’s also close to a good supermarket called Lulu. The only issue was the wifi, which didn’t work very well, especially in the evenings. But other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Ondanks er werken waren in het hotel, hebben wij hier weinig van gemerkt. Er was geen geluidsoverlast. Het zwembad was buiten gebruik, maar het hotel had voorzien dat zijn cliënteel kon zwemmen in een naburig hotel (Radisson blu). Voor de rest was de service prima. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Voor lekker eten en drinken kan je terecht bij cafe Mocha en restaurant Tuscany. ”
