They also allowed me to deposit my luggage with them even after I checked out to go for day trip. The location also is super close to Nanjing East Road. Recommend!"

"It's a great experience to stay in Crowne Plaza, clean room, convenient location, friendly hotel employees etc. Although encountering some issues during our stay, the gentleman (sorry that we forgot to ask for his name) at the front desk was so helpful and willing to solve the problems promptly. Liam Lu at the concierge was so helpful during our stay. He is so friendly and very professional in doing his jobs. They are definitely an asset to the hotel. We will stay in Crowne Plaza again next time when travelling to Shanghai."
