"Loved the location, the cleanliness, the staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, the upstairs bar was awesome for the view, they had a reasonably priced restaurant on site. "
"A beautiful historical hotel with Hot tub, pool and a great rooftop bar. It’s right across the street from the River, and most down town Restaurants and attractions are easily walkable including The Figge Art Museum, and the Adler Theater. I would love to stay here again. "

"The operators of this hotel are excellent. They do their job and there is no animus. Simply an excellent I paid for a service, they provide a service. No drama, a nice stay. "
"Whether you call it the Hyatt Place or Hyatt House, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It definitely helped that they upgraded me from a standard king room to a suite due to room availability.
I only stayed one night and was not able to take advantage of the full kitchen other than the nearly full sized refrigerator. I also didn't get a chance to check out the exercise room, the pool or the bar on the 9th floor, but the bar in the lobby was nice and the food good.
The included breakfast bar was good with your standard items such as eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, fruits, muffins. etc.
I definitely recommend getting a room overlooking the river. If you get one at the end of the hall, you have a river view out 4 windows.
Next time I'll try to stay for more than one night so I can enjoy the amenities I didn't get to this time."
