「This is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. The location is perfect for getting just about anywhere in the QC. The fenced yard is perfect if you travel with a dog.That said, based on the reviews of others, I had higher hopes for the condition of the home. It was clean enough, though nowhere near spotless. The ivory carpet on the stairs and the second floor could really use a deep cleaning - it is quite dirty. The handle is broken off of the freezer drawer, so you have to grab the side...

The shoreline was overgrown (it was rented to fish which the owners knew). The inside had an overwhelming smell of mold. I started cleaning, my son started wheezing, and we left within two hours of arriving.
