“Parking was full, the room I booked “was not available” because the rooms were over sold. The employee was at the bar watching a basketball game & didn’t want to help us. He was totally unapologetic, and rude. I was unable to speak to the manager until Saturday evening, who gave me Hilton points to make things better, and said he would talk to the employee.
