“Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk.”

“absolutely great stay. All was convenient.”

“Good environment and bed for sleep.”

“Not worth this price. And don't know how the rate is so high. Its actually a 3 star hotel charge more than it should be.”

“When I checked in, I was told there is a $25 parking fee, which pays for security patrol on the parking lot. There was no mention of the parking fee on Expedia, nor on the hotel's website.”

“Very clean, boujee feel, and super nice staff!”

“The room was so clean my wife walked into the bathroom door as she didn’t know it existed”

“Bathroom toilet was too low. Shower water was inconsistent for temperature.”

“Clean, nice breakfast, great location”

“Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!”

“helpful and accomodating.”

“Nice view. The Location is execellent for visitors to the Museums. And right there many shops around, but you need to take 10 mins down and up hills. Not a good move in summer.”

“Outdated rooms and building (apparently room remodeling may be underway?). No pool or hot tub available. Please kindly add a microwave to the rooms when possible! Finally, no water fountains and/or water bottle refilling stations were present and phone charging options outside the room were very inadequate and should be included/added to enhance the overall property’s customer experience. Thanks for asking for feedback!!”
