「The pool was closed, we weren't told about the breakfast, the air conditioner was so noisy it kept us awake at night and the television reception was horrible. There was so much "snow" it was hard to see it. We left 2 days early and I am requesting a refund for those 2 nights we didn't stay.」

「The staff was great—friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The problems came down to logistics. The elevator was out of service, which made things difficult. On top of that, I wasn’t thrilled about the extra $50 incidentals fee. The biggest issue was billing: my card was charged twice, once as a hold and once for the actual payment. I know the hold will fall off, but in the meantime it ties up part of my credit limit.
