「Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. 「I stay here for a conference for 5 days and found it perfectly suited my needs. I had been traveling in Italy for a couple weeks beforehand and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment compared to the price and to some of my other lodgings in central and north Italy. There's nice rooftop lounge area and while there is no air conditioner, the room had a fan and it managed to stay comfortable between that and the windows. 「Very spacious house with all equipment required for a relaxing family holiday. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds, modern air conditioning, availability of plenty of towels and fantastic view on Lake Orta from the terrace. While the pool is rather small, it is very clean using salt water and very enjoyable as a flexible alternative to swimming in the lake. Ilaria as our host was very friendly and supportive. Communication with her was very fast, flexible and clear.」

「Es war sehr schön. Das Apartment war für uns völlig ausreichend. Der Blick auf dem See ist ein Traum und gibt einem soviel Ruhe. Der Weg zum Apartment war für uns völlig okay, manch einem wären die schmalen Straßen vielleicht zu schwer. Laura ist sehr herzliche und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns viele Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gegeben. Sie war immer für uns erreichbar. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen 」
