「Pleasant enough stay, staff were very attentive and assistance for moving a room to help with a less abled bodied person on our trip was done without any hassle. However the signage and directions for disabled access were pretty poor. Not all lights worked in the room and TV wire was not long enough to keep the connection in tact. But we must mention the reception staff, who were top class, particularly Anna with her help when one of the party had an incident on returning to the hotel. 」
