“Its a warm hotel in the old medina. Although its a bit difficult to find, the staff had sent email with map to guide you (though I ignored it accidentally). The host is really helpful and nice so as the ladies in the hotel helping out cleaning and preparing breakfast. Places are very clean and cozy. Definitely my choice for next time:)”

“Great staff! Good view of the River!”

“This hotel is about walking distance from train station but because almost hard to find the street signs, it took me 30 min and asked at least 10 people to find it. Breakfast is good especially coffee. Shower water is big & hot. The bed is comfortable. TV has 1 or 2 English Chanel’s. There is no coffee maker or kettle and no fridge in room. The front desk people are very friendly and can speak English. Hotel is 5 story building with an elevator. I am solo traveler so the room is……

“Le palace est devenu notre pied à terre lorsque nous nous rendons à Rabat. On s’y sent toujours aussi bien. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé. Tout était parfait durant notre séjour. L’equipe est très serviable et professionnelle.J’ai eu l’occasion de fêter mes 50 ans autour d’un brunch familiale. Tout était parfait, tant le service que le choix des plats. Un grand merci à M.Allaoui pour cette magnifique organisation. Je ne peux que recommander les yeux fermés.”

“Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :(”
