“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. ”

“They charge extra taxes when you check in. They told us that the extra taxes go the tourism ministry. I don't agree with them as we already pay taxes in our booking. ”

“Amazing stay, the Riad is gorgeous and the service was great too. Breakfast at their rooftop was one of my favorite part. We stayed at the green suite which was perfect and just getting out of the room to that beautiful patio every day was amazing. We didn't want to leave! ”

“Localizado dentro da Medina de Fes, não passa carro lá, então tem que se deslocar carregando as malas até o hotel. Como é um Alcazar, não tem elevador, se ficar em andar diferente do térreo (meu caso) terá que subir escadas com as malas. ”

“We stayed here for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. It was raining heavily outside, so we were quite soaked. The hotel staffs were very warm, friendly and helpful when we arrived, handing us facial tissues to dry ourselves. They were very helpful with our luggages, helped us carry the two luggages up to our room. The hotel and room were nicely decorated in more of a contemporary style, very clean and tidy.
