Built with noble materials, you will find in this house all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay: private spa, pool table, BBQ, outdoor fireplace, and many equipment remain at your disposal. Although located only 20 minutes from Quebec City, the cottage is located in the countryside, you will love it!

Location was great with a short distance to Empire 47 (16 mins) and SDM (24) MTB areas. The place is definitely used and in need of some maintenance but overall suited our purposes for a bunch of MTB'ers. The Hot tub and grill were in good working order and the large living room/dining/kitchen area were very accommodating. We did find the deck area rather tiny for all of us (8) but the view from the deck is great. Note that the driveway can only handle 3 cars max and that's with some creative parking and you can't park on the road. Cool spot, served our purpose and would rent again.

Beau chalet familial

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Le chalet est grand et contient tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Je rajouterais des couvertures au sous-sol car il fait un peu froid mais sinon tout était parfait et le chalet est très propre et super bien décoré.

When we arrived the floors were not swept, kitchen and appliances were dirty. The dining chairs are all broken, Bedding and towels are not clean. The surrounding area and view are good.

Weekend de fête!

Chalet idéal pour une grande famille. Nous étions 12 personnes, très spacieux, lits confortables, grande cuisine et plusieurs activités intérieures (billard, système de son, salon, TV, foyer) et extérieures (BBQ, Spa, plein air, montagne à 5min). Je recommande ce chalet! Bon séjour!

Great experience!

We had a great time at the chalet. A bit of miscommunication with the owner about the check-in but ended out fine in the end. Half of our group coudn't come because of covid and there was 0 room for accomodations but I guess that's life with the pandemic.
