The staff were not helpful, the air conditioning wasn't working in the unit,(finally we fixed it on our own) the 2 ceiling fans were broken. The staff didn't seem to care and wouldn't move us to other unit even if I paid $$ difference. The resort was nice iother than that.pools were very nice on the hot days.abd very clean.

Everything went smoothly, and I appreciated how easy it was to get around and enjoy the area without feeling rushed. For anyone looking for a short, relaxing escape, I’d definitely recommend this spot. The hot tub and pools was a big hit to our stay. Kids had an amazing time in the outdoor water play area. Looking forward to returning someday
