This hotel is undergoing a massive renovation. The renovation has effected the lobby, several of the lower floors, and the front entry. The elevators are down a creepy hall full of dust abd require you to go up 3 floors before switching to another elevator to get to the room floors. Only one of the elevators servicing 4oom floors is operational. Signage is insufficient and haphazardly posted. The noise of construction starts around 8 am and continues past 5pm. It can be heard in several areas. The dust from construction makes one cough and sneeze.
Parking is also confusing and the staff cant explain it well. Pool has extremely limited hours, being closed at the times you might want most to use it.
The bistro is good, and only moderately over proced. Waitstaff was great, particularlu Baptiste .
Rooms were a little dated, but clean for thr most part.
I honestly think it was the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at. Maybe once construction is finished i'd try again but at almost 300 CAD a night it was atrocious.
