Queen Cable Car Ocean Terminal

the staff was amazing, very courteous and helpful. the only knock would be the height of getting into tub to shower and all the water runoff which keeps the bathroom floor wet. but otherwise a great place to stay

The location of the hotel is great and the room was spacious for our family of 3, however, the elevator starts only at the second floor and stops in between floors, the hotel is old. It was ok for 3 nights

Wonderful stay with excellent service. We had a great stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi. The entire staff were excellent throughout our visit. The front desk team were extremely helpful. We also spent some time at the pool bar, where Back provided great service and took fantastic care of us. The breakfast is excellent and again the team did everything possible to ensure everyone enjoyed their meal. A special thanks to the management team, led by Mr. Brian Do, who went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Hanoi.
