Upon arrival, the condition of the home raised immediate concerns: the floors were dirty(we actually mopped and swept them ourselves when we got there), there was an unusual odor, the hot tub leaked both with and without the jets running, and the walls and furniture showed visible stains. Several rooms also had burned-out light bulbs. We did not feel safe staying at the property, and the host was unwilling to work with us to arrange a refund,……
