"Hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier calme, à 10 min de Manhattan en métro ( 2 stations proches). Petit Déjeuné copieux et diversifié. Au niveau de la chambre: espace spacieux, Cuisine équipée, Salle de bain propre et grande. La literie très confortable ainsi que la TV avec le Wifi agréable a l'utilisation. Petit plus pour les fumeurs : un espace fumeur en haut de l'hôtel pour éviter de redescendre a la réception. En conclusion nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel avec son rapport/qualité prix très bon. "

"Spent the night at Z Hotel and do no recommend! They have a rooftop and i could hear the music all night on-super loud !Even when I woke up in the AM i could still hear the music super loud. Shampoo holder in the bathroom was broken and it fell while i was showering. While doing check in the person who checked us in was on the phone, not work phone, his personal which i find it rude considering that he is there for customer service. Im never going back!"

"I am convinced that the reviews are fake. One of the reasons I chose this hotel because there were several comments that this is ideal for a solo traveler. If you’re a woman travelling alone, this is not the place for you. The area looks sketchy as well. Thin walls. First morning, a guy nearby was talking so loud, I could hear everything. Second night, I was awakened approximately 1:45 a.m. with someone banging on my door. Loud, speaking in a foreign language. I called the office for help and I was dismissed at first. I was told it was just some drunk person. I got up the following morning and checked out by 9:30. I couldn’t wait to get out. The front desk is enclosed in glass. I don’t know if this was from the Covid days or staff protection. That should give you an idea of the neighborhood. I frequent NY and trying various areas. I know that I won’t be returning to this place. "
