“We have now stayed at this beautiful property 3 times, and each time it gets better. For us, it is inspiring with the view, plus the beautiful hosts of Sally and John, thank you. Looking forward for our next trip to Mornington peninsula. Obviously staying at Mt Martha Villas again. ”

“The photos of the property on Wotif somewhat misleading, the outdoor area was very dirty not has not been attended to for some time. The inside was ok but not as per photos. Did not receive check in code, was close to having to source another accommodation but finally receive code from host and check in was delayed.”

"The view is nice and room is cozy. Air con is placed at the right top of bed so the wind is directly blown to bed, either super cold or super hot. Restaurants close at 8pm so not many choice for late arrival / check-in"

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
