「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Much closer to Sorrento than expected (only a 15min walk or so). A nice short walk across the main road from the St Paul's General Store, which looks like it has a nice area to sit down for a coffee and breakfast.」

「The accomodation was in the backyard of a house. I have never seen such a poor site. The sitting room was also the kitchen. The accomodation was very clean but lacking any warmth. The seating was one couch which was old and not comfy. Access was via a narrow path between the main house and the fence. The experience was feeling crowded and uncomfortable. I could not recommend this at all.」

「Apart from finding the cottage not in a very clean state, there is an overhanging branch in the driveway that damaged my car enough for an insurance claim and the owner admitted to knowing about it but didn’t seem to care saying to me “ yeah I know about that branch “ 」

Super comfy ensuring a good night’s rest. The place is also quiet. Definitely recommend to family and friends for their holiday down Rosebud. 」
