"Front desk and valet staff were delightful to deal with. Hotel is beautiful. Good location, quiet but right next to the beach. Received a beautiful room upgrade for a reasonable price. Pool was wonderful. Very happy with hotel- best stop on our honeymoon!"

"Shower head in our room was half blocked and spraying everywhere, told reception and the onsite plumber came to fix straight away. Great rooms, not the easiest to get to from public transport bus that's for sure but not too bad location wise. Not much in the area really but close to the Ferry terminal. Still happy with our stay!"

"I was disappointed that the spa area was closed indefinitely which was not noted on the website. Also a toaster or microwave would have been awesome to have in the room. "
