“Niagara Falls has been on our bucket list. This was my first time booking an air b&b. The directions were thorough on the check in and check out. The house itself had a wonderful history with beautiful woodwork. The rooms are a bit deceiving in the pictures. They are very small. Instead of the chairs in the room I feel a table would be a better option. We did have an issue with the outdoor grill, the owners answered very quickly. They said they did fix the grill, but I feel it is a hazard……

“My wife and I stayed at the “Hoblet” and could not have been happier. Dawn, our host, was very responsive to all queries and made sure that our entire stay was stress free and enjoyable. The property was well maintained and very clean when we arrived. Check-in was hassle free and easy. We enjoyed interacting with and feeding the animals throughout the week that we were there. “The house is old but appears to be well maintained. The location is ideal - it is about 5 minutes drive from everything you would want to see (historic district, niagara falls, casinos, shopping). Two minor issues - they didn't have any wash clothes. The one time we tried to bake something the fire alarm went off, even though there was no smoke anywhere. Suggest you don't try to cook.”
